Why can’t I get through to anyone at BNZ


I have sent an email. I have been on the phone trying to talk to someone over the past 5 days.
What is going on with customer service


Same issue here, seems to be 5 days to get a reply to secure messages (so why do they state 2) and I was on hold for 28 mins for the phone - simple queries too. Got an amazing email from bnz stating “As we move further into the year, you can expect a customer-focused attitude to be at the heart of my ambitions for BNZ.” as part of the “good report”. What a joke
