We get that it’s not always easy to see a banker in some New Zealand towns, so we’re piloting Mobile BNZ, a cashless mobile banking branch that’s travelling around the Manawatu region to begin with.
Our Mobile BNZ team will be visiting towns in Central Manawatu, with plans to understand how we might bring our bank to other New Zealand locations in the future.
We’ll be able to offer BNZ customers advice on managing your everyday finances and show you the great range of online tools to help them be good with money.

Please note that for security reasons we won’t have cash onboard. Therefore, our Mobile BNZ team won’t handle cash-based transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals or foreign exchange.
The Mobile BNZ bus is not wheelchair or pram accessible, but our team are happy to find a solution that works for you. Customers with accessibility issues should get in touch to see a Mobile BNZ banker and we can arrange to meet in a place that suits you.
