Upcoming payments bug in Internet banking

Hi there,

We have a few accounts to track recurring bills - e.g. rates where we transfer 1/3rd of the total each month, and pay the balance on the due date.

The account is currently named ‘Bill-Rates (Dec)’.

In the upcoming payments sections of Internet Banking, the account name is still ‘Bill-Rates (Mar)’, even though it has been renamed a few times now.

Hi , thanks for your question in regards to the name change of recurring payments. If these are automatic payments then they will need to be changed at our end. Are you able to send us a secure message through internet banking or call us on 0800 275 269 to get this sorted for you. Thanks Col
