Why are the inputs on the TotalMoney Calculator limited?

I’m sure, there are more customers than myself who have the ability to offset more than $200,000 or keep more than $20,000 in a day to day account.

I’m sure it is problematic. For the people want to be able to see whats happening, not wait on hold for what seems forever to get a customer service rep who then transfers you to someone else and you get put on hold again. Alas, this is not just a fault with BNZ… IRD & MSD are notoriously bad in this department too.
