Terrible service

I went to the branch two weeks ago and made a phone appointment. I was supposed to be called from 10-11 am today, but no one called me, not even the banker in charge. I don’t know what the appointment was for. And what am I supposed to do next? How do I open an account with BNZ? I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Is it normal in your company? Terrible.
