Smart ATMs are uber annoying

“TOO MANY NOTES” (seriously?)

“DEPOSIT NOT RECOGNISED” (but goes through on the second attempt)

Thank you for making contact :slight_smile: Our Smart ATMs allow up to 50 notes in a single deposit. There is a high chance there was a one off error, however if you ever notice consecutive errors on the same machine please let us know so we can escalate it to the ATM Team.

I’ve got an idea. Stuff as many notes as you can into the slot and reconfigure the “Smart” ATM so it accepts that number of notes.
