Print or Save


I just went to get the pdf confirmation of a transaction and the print or save button does not show up

If I go to a transaction a week earlier it shows up, but not one from Friday. Any reason for this?

This transaction is an automatic payment, if that makes a difference.

Also is it possible to automatically have the pdf confirmation sent by email for certain automatic payments, I need to claim this expense from my employer and need to get the pdf payment confirmation every fortnight.

PDF confirmations only exist for Funds Transfers, Bill Payments and One Off Payments. Automatic Payments unfortunately do not have this feature.

We have many types of notifications available that you can find by heading to ‘Menu’ - ‘Notifications’ but we unfortunately do not send PDF documents via email for security reasons.
