Hi, I currently have a pending payment that was cancelled last weekend on 07/12 but has still not been cleared from my account. As per the screenshot below, I have confirmed with the company that I cancelled with that pending payment has been cancelled on their end. What do I do now?
Hi thanks for reaching out! Generally pending payments automatically drop off within 10 working days, and in some instances they can take longer. Considering this merchant has dropped the charge you should expect it to drop off within the next week. If you notice the transaction is still in your history and is no longer “pending” the merchant will need to process a refund, or you can contact us to dispute the charge.
