Password Reset

Hey…!

I would like to know why having to password reset to logging into mobile banking takes alot longer?

I know everyone as stuff that they want to sort out. I JUST want my password reset so I can just continue on with everyone else to do their usual thing that’s needed to be done, and errands on mobile banking.

I can’t change my password or anything.

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear you are not able to log into your Mobile Banking App. You can use your Internet Banking password to log into the App. Here is a link to how your password can be reset https://www.bnz.co.nz/support/mobile-banking/essentials/forgotten-password.
