Password Reset

Hey…!

I would like to know why having to password reset to logging into mobile banking takes alot longer?

I know everyone as stuff that they want to sort out. I JUST want my password reset so I can just continue on with everyone else to do their usual thing that’s needed to be done, and errands on mobile banking.

I can’t change my password or anything.
