does this outage affect my work pay coming in?

Hi there, outgoing and incoming payments are unaffected. The issue we’re working hard to fix is your full transaction history may not be currently accurate. Some transactions such as direct debits, fees, or interest charges that occurred Tuesday or Wednesday on customer accounts aren’t showing. But you are still able to check this via an ATM or in a branch. I’m sorry for the hassle.

shocker… its impacting my business validating payments and no I’m not handy to an ATM or branch. saying sorry is not cutting it anymore… your online and digital platform is antiquated in this day and age… yes im very annoyed…!
