Online Statement

Hi there,
Just trying to find an option where i can select the starting and ending date for my bank statement, at the moment i can only see monthly statement on my bnz mobile banking app. any help would be appreciated.

Hi Sajraz.

Once an account statement has been generated, you unfortunately cannot change any details or dates. If you are looking to change the frequency of your future statements, please give us a call on 0800 275 269 or send a secure message with your desired frequency and we will make the change for you or let you know the next best option.

Hi Hayden

Actually i am trying to generate statement by selecting the date for previous 5 months but i can only get the option to click on each month separately and no option to choose dates. This is not future statements
