NFC payments on Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch

I am considering buying a Samsung smartwatch that supports NFC, so wondering if someone can confirm I can use my watch to make payments using Google pay? I know the watch supports Samsung pay which is not yet available in NZ

Hi @andrewlall,

Unfortunately - Google pay won’t work on the current models of the Samsung watches. There is a bit more info here - Android Pay on Android Wear smartwatch.
