New Internet Banking - Contact Phone Number

You had an ideal time to get this right when you revamped the GUI but…

Why can’t the contact phone number be at the top of every page instead of hidden away in a sub menu?

And WHY oh WHY do I have to enter my Netguard number to get at the contact number??!! After all, it’s not as if I can’t get the contact number from a web search, which, in my haste, I don’t want to have to do.

The chances are, once I’ve logged in, if I need the contact number it’s because I’ve hit a problem and am probably in a hurry/frustrate/angry.tired and need it NOW!!  I really don’t want to have to jump thru’ three or four hoops in order to get to it.  After all, time is money!!

Thanks for this feedback, you raise a really good point. 
We’ve got a bunch of changes to make to the menu and the Contact area over the next few months so will look at how we can improve the experience when the phone number is all that is needed.
