NetGuard Card


My wife is wanting to use the BNZ app but it says her NetGuard Card has expired & she needs to order another one. What information does she need to do this? Am I able to do this for her?


Hi Chappy, your wife will need to get in touch with BNZ directly to order a new NetGuard card - we do send out new ones before your current card expires, however there could be an old address on file or the card could have been lost in the mail. I would recommend she call us on 0800275269 (open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm weekends and public holidays) to reissue the card :slight_smile: Thanks, Emma
