I’ve made a transfer from my oncall account to another bank account since Friday ,1 September. Why is it not showing on my other bank account?
I would expect that the funds would credit the other bank (if its in New Zealand) overnight on the 1st of September (at the latest). If It hasn’t, then the account number maybe incorrect, in which case, it will credit back into your OnCall account. The reversal should have taken place already. If the funds have not credited the account, or reversed back into your account, please contact us on 0800 275 269, and we can investigate this further for you.
