Hi anyone! Just wondering on the mobile app can we change an AP set up? I know that u can’t do this online desktop banking but just wondering g if anyone can tell me, because I’ve always had to contact bnz for help. Also, on the mobile app where can we send emails to the customer service outside the telephone operating hours?? There are minor limitations that could perhaps benefit customers like myself… many thanks
We are working on Secure Mail for the mobile apps now, we will be releasing as soon as it’s done.
Editing an AP is on the backlog for Mobile, at the moment to edit, you will need to delete and re-create. However, you can edit an AP on the desktop.
