Missing upcoming payments?

My brother and I both have access to a shared account.  He set up an AP, and I set up an AP, but when each of us logs on and view the ‘upcoming’ transactions stuff, neither of us see both.

What we want is to be able to view upcoming transactions regardless of who set them up.

How do we do that?

At the moment to get visibility of other APs that you haven’t created yourself, you’ll need to send us a secure message or give us a call on 0800 275 269 to get it added to your AP list. 

You have stumbled across one of the common frustrations with APs, one that we are not happy with and wanting to fix in the near future.
