Message in Android Apps

I had send a message through BNZ Android Apps, I surprise there is no reply. I need to take half day off work to a BNZ branch to sort out the problem, disappointed

The replies to messages should be made within 2 days at the max (hoping we can make that faster over time), so if outside of this period then we’ve clearly missed the response time target on this, sorry.
