Lost netguard

Hey there, so I’m overseas and unable to get a hold of customer support for a call they’re waiting for to sort out very important loan things. I’ve tried calling but can’t stay on the line long enough and I also can’t send a message through the bank email because my netguard card is lost in translation. Are there any alternative ways for me to get in contact?
