I need help Login into internet banking

Is there a way that I can reset my password or find the email that’s linked to my account.Because it kept saying the email is not linked to my accessnumber, please help.Thanks

Hello @Kevin13379, thanks for getting in touch. If none of the emails you are using are saying they are linked to the access number you are using, you will need to give BNZ a call on 0800 275 269. You will need to ask a banker over the phone to update your email address on file. Hope this helps ^Alfonso
