It has now been a full week since my partner and I ordered our debit cards in the Queen Street branch after being told they would arrive in 3 to 5 days but still haven’t been contacted to say they have arrived. They were to be sent to the branch as we are travelling and don’t have a permanent address. Can anyone advise how long this actually takes as we were hoping to leave Auckland tomorrow.
Hi Paul, I’m so sorry to hear about the delays you’ve been experiencing. The timeframe for a card to arrive to one of our BNZ stores is 3-5 business days, so I’m not sure why you’re still waiting for your card. I would recommend giving us a call on 0800275269 to follow up on this immediately.
