I’ve lost my one how do I get a new one?
Hello kkeable, if you have lost your card you will need to contact us either over the phone on 0800 275 269, send us a message via the mobile app, or pop into any BNZ Store. To send us a message via the mobile app, you will need to have mobile Netguard enabled (once logged in, select the menu at the top left hand corner, select contact, then under ‘Secure messages’, select ‘Inbox/Sent’).
