Help with overseas cancelling account

Hello! I’m a New Zealand citizen overseas and I just received a letter at my old house that says that I have an account that may be charging money to use. I would like to close this account and transfer whatever money I have into my mother’s account. However, I cannot remember my login information and I do not have enough money to make the toll call (I’m quite poor xd)

Could someone recommend me a way to contact BNZ and hopefully try and fix this problem? Even an online live chat would be great
