Update, 11 April 2017: Some of our BOP team will be at the Whakatane War Memorial Hall from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Wednesday, 12 April and at evacuation centre at Rautahi Marae in Kawerau from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Thursday, 13 April to assist customers affected by flooding who may not have been able to get into our store and need help making adjustments to things like APs, loan payments or overdrafts or taking advantage of the financial flexibility we’re able to offer.
If you’re a BNZ customer and have been impacted by recent flooding you can apply to:
· Access temporary overdraft facilities or credit limit increases
· Restructure business loans without incurring fees
· Suspend loan payments on business and home loans
· Access term deposits early, and without penalty.
