Ok… Went to purchase an item online. On completing purchase credit card was declined. Checked all details they were correct. Called BNZ was on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. Hung up. Used mobile to make purchase item no longer available. Gutted and still no idea why my credit card decline as mobile banking showed all was in order!!..-
Could have been an authentication error, or any number of reasons.
