Credit Card Balance UNAVAILABLE


Both the BNZ mobile application and Internet banking show credit card balance as UNAVAILABLE. When I select my Credit Card account in the application it crashes and logs me out, when the website at shows transactions only from the last week (but not today). Is it a known issue and when is it going be resolved?



Is this still a problem for yourself as there was a minor problem earlier this evening and all was resolved, balances and transactions are all available now.

I’ve had this same problem on and off for the last week or so. Right royal PITA.
