Contacting BNZ via email on their website

Does anyone know why BNZ refuse to reply via email to an email sent via their contact us form on the website.

I can’t login to internet banking to use the ‘secure mail’ and want to put the activity in writing so contact us is the only option. So far 7 messages sent to follow up since 21st May after supplying all the info they wanted to verify me.
