I have been to NZ for a working holiday in 2013 and opened a bank account at BNZ. I left in April 2014 and was told that the bank account closed automatically due to inactivity, however, it seems to still be active since I got an Email from BNZ. My cards and internet banking are all expired, and calling from overseas seems to be quite expensive.
Is there anything I can do via Internet or Email?
Thank you for your message and I apologise for the delay in responding. Unfortunately, the only option is this case would be to give us a call via our international number from a landline as you can call us collect from a landline. Hope this helps! ^Liam
