Cancel transaction

Hi there
I am bnz business and personal account customer and anz as well.
I made a transaction from anz business account to bnz account holder but did it to wrong account how I can reverse the transaction. All the account number was correct only suffix instead of 00 I wrote 01. Can suggest me to get my money back

Hello Garima,
If the customer has an account number with the suffix 001, the payment will be credited into that account. If they do not, the payment should be reversed back into your account overnight tonight. if you would like to investigate the transaction, you will need to contact ANZ to discuss initiating the trace.
