BNZ Connect Events

#1

Looking for networking opportunities for your small business? On and off-line? We have revitalised our BNZ Connect series of free, nationwide networking events and will host blogs, conversations and Q&As right here on BNZ Community.

This year, our events are larger with more focussed content and themes and topics will be consistent across the country. You will be able to visit BNZ Community before to ask questions of the speaker for that month and after for a summary of what was presented and to ask any further questions of our expert speakers.

The offline networking will take place on the first Tuesday of every month at one of 14 BNZ Partners Centres across the country.

Registration for the 3 May event is open now. Our Connect events are very popular so we recommend registering as early as possible.

To participate in the pre and post match conversations, just register for BNZ Community - it takes a minute.

The 14 Partner Centres that will be hosting monthly BNZ Connect events in 2016 are:

  • Auckland - Highbrook
  • Pukekohe
  • Auckland - Newmarket
  • Auckland - Henderson
  • Auckland - North Shore
  • Hamilton
  • Tauranga
  • Hastings
  • Wellington central
  • Upper Hutt
  • Nelson
  • Christchurch - Epic Centre
  • Christchurch - Russley
  • Dunedin

What to expect?

Typically, each BNZ Connect event will run for two hours starting at 5:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month. Like all the best networking evenings, light refreshments will, of course, be provided.

It’s not just for BNZ customers either. We encourage anyone to come along to hear and learn from industry professionals and like-minded business owners.

Coming up in May:

Growth with speakers from Deloitte in Auckland (Newmarket, Henderson and North Shore), Hamilton, Tauranga, Hastings, Wellington,Lower Hutt, Nelson, Christchurch (Russley), and Dunedin.

Marketing with entrepreneur Murray Thom in Pukekohe, Auckland

Exporting with speakers from NZTE and NZ Story in Highbrook, Auckland

Registration for the 3 May event is open now. Our Connect events are very popular so we recommend registering as early as possible.

Do I really have to network?

Hi Anna,

Who would be the best person to speak to about partnering on BNZ Connect Events?

Am not sure how partner / speaker selection is done but would love for our company to be considered.

Many thanks,
Ian
