We are without a usable card 

Your response system is FLAWED,!! The collect call system from the USA does NOT WORK.

I HAVE SENT SECURE emails and YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED.

and I’m growling!!

WILL YOU PLEASE RESPOND TO e mails at the least !!!
