Balance enquiry but netguard expired & no telephone banking code

Hi, I just need to know my account balance but I’m overseas, my netguard card has expired, my telephone banking access has been blocked and when I phone the BNZ helpdesk, I am kept on hold for a really long time (15 mins last time before I hung up). Any other way to find out my balance? Thanks

Probably a good idea to replace your netguard card at the same time so you can sign up for mobile/internet banking - the easiest way to manage your accounts when overseas (and in general, really!).
