I am in internet banking on my laptop and want to check out my statements. It sends an authorisation to my mobile app but when I click to confirm it just freezes. Is there any known error with this?
I end up having to use my Net guard which is a little inconvenient.
Kia ora Amy, may have a check to see if your app is the most up to date version. If it is, you might have to try to uninstall and then reinstall the app. If both of those things don’t work, then give us a bell on 0800 275 269 (8am-6pm on business days) and we’ll get you through to our technical team to see if they can walk through a solution with you.
