Account locked

Whenever I tried to make an online transaction, I am redirected to a BNZ page saying ‘account locked’.

I have rang twice and been told there is no issues with my account but the problem has not been fixed.

I am currently travelling and can’t get through by phone. Please help with this urgent matter as I need my card while overseas.
